Xavier suggests that you wear a tie-dyed or bright colored shirt, a suede vest, bandanna or other headband, peace sign jewelry, bell bottom pants, big belt, and sandals.
Weather permitting, you can also go barefoot! Don't forget to wear a long haired or afro wig.
