This new Angled Fore Grip gave the shooter a new, revolutionary and beneficial way to place his hand on the weapon system. This hand placement works with the biomechanics of the body to ensure a seamlessness between the operator and his tool. The AFG enables the shooter to place his or her hand high in relation to the centerline of the bore. So, the obvious questions is, why is this handplacement to beneficial? Well, by placing your hand in this position, you will gain greater contorl, thus increasing your effectiveness. More specifically, this hand position will enable the shooter to control muzzle rise and muzzle sway more effectively. That feature is really what makes the AFG stand out from the others. The traditional handguard or magwell grip are interior to this new gripping aparatus.
