- 1). Visit your state's child support website. If you do not know the website, contact the child support office.
- 2). Access your online account. If this is your first time accessing the site, you will be required to create an account. You will need to provide information about your case to create the account. Information you may need includes your case number, Social Security number and your date of birth.
- 3). Select the option to view your payment records. Depending on the site, you may be able to select a period of time to review your records. The information may be sorted into years or months.
- 4). Review your payments. You can track your payments for each child you are paying child support for by selecting the case number or the cause number. You can also view back child support owed by selecting "Arrears."
