How to Make a Distribution List on an iPhone
- 1). Tap the "Notes" application icon on the iPhone's home screen.
- 2). Tap the "+" button in the top menu bar to open a new Notes document.
- 3). Type the email address of reach contact that you want to include in the distribution list. Separate each email address with a comma.
- 4). Hold your finger anywhere on the screen and release it when the magnifying glass icon appears. Tap the "Select All" option from the floating menu bar. Tap "Copy" to copy the distribution list.
- 5). Tap the "Done" button in the Notes menu bar. The iPhone will automatically save the distribution list.
- 6). Press the "Home" button under the display screen. Tap the "Mail" application icon to launch the email application.
- 7). Tap the new email message icon in the bottom right-hand corner of the menu bar. Press and hold the "To" input field in the new message until the magnifying glass icon appears. Tap "Paste" to paste the distribution list into the "To" box. Compose and send the email in the usual way.
