How to Find A Lactose Intolerance Diet That Burns Fat Quickly

I know how hard it can be to find a good lactose intolerance diet.
It was a big shocker to me when I suddenly became sensitive to dairy.
The upset stomachs, being bloated and having the runs because of having too much dairy was definitely something hard to swallow.
If you are anything like me then you are probably hoping to be pointed in the right direction, so that you too can lose weight, and feel great by having a diet that can work around your needs.
When looking for the perfect lactose intolerance diet there are a couple things that you need to keep in mind.
The first thing is the obvious one, you need to be able to lose weight and have a diet plan that does not consist of having lots of dairy products.
I know when I first started out; I kept on running into diets that would tell me to eat cottage cheese for breakfast and snacks.
This sounds great, but for me it just meant tons of gas and irritability later.
The next thing you need to look for when picking out your lactose intolerance diet is to find a plan that allows you to eat 4 to 6 times a day.
I know that it sounds like a lot, but when you portion your meals out by hand, instead of your eyes you will see that you are "comfortably" full.
Your diet should have you eating plenty of free vegetables and you should be limited to how many carbs and proteins you intake on a daily basis.
All in all losing weight on a lactose intolerance diet does not have to be much different then a regular diet.
The only thing is that you will have to adjust your meal plan and drinking habits accordingly.
You can also try substituting your regular cow milk based products with those such as rice milk or goat's milk.
