How to Make an OxiClean Paste for Removing Stains
- 1). Put the plastic gloves on prior to using OxiClean to protect your skin from the powerful chemicals.
- 2). Use the scoop that accompanies the OxiClean product and measure 1/4 scoop of OxiClean into the small bowl.
- 3). Add 2 cups of cool water to the Oxiclean in the bowl.
- 4). Mix the water and OxiClean well with the spoon until it forms a paste.
- 5). Use the OxiClean paste on machine-washable clothing by applying the paste to a laundry stain and rubbing it in well. Wait for 10 minutes (don't allow the paste to dry on the clothing). Wash the garment as usual in the washing machine, using laundry detergent.
- 6). Apply the OxiClean paste to non-machine-washable clothing or other household surfaces by carefully rubbing the paste into the surface of the stain. Blot at the stain with a white towel to remove. Rinse the paste from the item with cool water and allow the item to dry completely.
