How to Create a Presentation Binder
- 1). Purchase a large three-ring presentation binder. Choose the thickness and color based on the type and length of the document the binder will hold, as well as the audience it is intended for. For example, you may want to order a custom binder printed with your company's logo if the presentation binder is intended for distribution to clients or the public.
- 2). Create a presentation using your computer's word-processing program, if you have not already done so. Organize the information into logical sections and ensure that they are labeled appropriately, with a table of contents to make the binder easy for the reader to navigate. Include graphics and color accents when possible to make your presentation stand out.
- 3). Print your presentation onto the pre-punched 8 1/2-by-11-inch paper. Read it over, checking for spelling mistakes or other errors. Also, make sure that the pages are in the correct order.
- 4). Open the three-ring binder and insert your presentation. Clamp the metal rings together firmly to make sure your presentation is secure.
