How Much Epsom Salt to Soak an Infected Finger?

- Get a cup of warm water and eyeball a tablespoon of Epsom salt. It doesn't have to be exact. A little more or a little less Epsom salt won't make much of a difference. It's inclusion in the solution is what counts. Use only a cup of water because you are only soaking your infected finger, not your entire hand. Soak for five to 10 minutes and repeat every hour or so.
