Panic Attacks While Sleeping - What You Should Know

Panic attacks while sleeping may seem to occur out of the blue at times.
Most of us that suffer from panic or anxiety attacks during the day usually experience something like this from time to time.
It can be alarming when waking up, or even cause us to fear sleeping at night.
What are some things we should know about this? One important thing to know is the primary cause of it.
As the day goes by and anxiety builds up, it often leaves an imprint on our mind.
Whether or not we are aware of it, this can show up by causing a panic attack in the early phases of sleep or just after waking up.
