This computer-animated film is the follow-up to Toy Story (1995) and Toy Story 2 (1999). The major characters are back, including Woody (voice of Tom Hanks), Buzz Lightyear (voice of Tim Allen), Jessie (voice of Joan Cusack) and Mr. and Mrs. Potato Head (voices of Don Rickles and Estelle Harris). An important new character is Lots-o'-Huggin'-Bear — Lotso for short — voiced by Ned Beatty.
This time around, Andy is 17 years old, and his toys, except for Woody, end up being donated to Sunnyside Daycare, where they are abused. Soon Woody sets out to rescue his old friends.
