- 1). Place the cooked egg whites in an airtight container. Lay a piece of plastic wrap over the mouth of the container, creating a tight deal.
- 2). Lay the cover on top of the sealed plastic wrap. Press down firmly, making sure the cover to the container grips it tightly.
- 3). Place in the fridge, checking to make sure that the temperature is at 40 degrees Fahrenheit.
