How to Play MPEG Files Through QuickTime
- 1). Go to the "File" menu and select "Open." Navigate to the desired file, click on it and press the "Open" button. Alternatively, you can select "Open URL" in the File menu and enter the MPEG's Web address.
- 2). Drag from the lower-right corner of the window to resize the QuickTime window. Go to the View menu to select from preset size options.
- 3). Press the "Play" button in the QuickTime window to play the MPEG. While the movie is playing, the "Play" button is used to pause the video.
