Panic Attacks Always Strike The Same Place More Than Twice

It is sad, but it is true.
This is the reason why some of panic attacks sufferers eventually turned into agoraphobia patients.
Most people will try to turn themselves into finding ways to stop the panic attacks, but this will not solve the initial cause.
Let us see the 3 reasons why the panic attacks always happen at the same place more than twice.
1st, it is your initial trigger.
Take for example; you have done something that you do not feel comfortable at the location.
It can be any place, your home, your office, your car and other places.
It can be your kitchen, where you have broken a glass, but you do not want others to know about it.
That creates a cause for anxiety to plant their seed into your mind.
2nd, it is your fear that developed after the first panic attack at that location, every time you walk into the kitchen, both the fear of having another panic attack and the fear that someone will find out that you broke a glass will start to grow in your mind.
3rd, it is your resistance, when you do not feel comfortable with the kitchen, you try to avoid it.
The more you avoid it, the more you are vulnerable to it and it become another fear.
All these factors place the foundation for your panic attacks.
By the time you have no choice but to enter the kitchen, you change your fear into a feeling that attracts the panic attack to happen again.
You have the feeling of "oh my god, it is coming...
", and that develop into another full blast panic attack.
The best way to stop this? Stare the panic attacks straight into its eye.
Face the place as your next challenge, and find a permanent cure to it.
