Use These Exercises to Relax Your Eyes and to Improve Your Vision

Most of your daily activities are harmful to your eyes.
Working on a computer and watching TV in particular can really make you feel discomfort, eye dryness and even pain.
The headaches due to these problems are also common and they can easily become chronic.
So, the best solution you can choose in order to give your eyes the rest that they deserve and actually improve your vision is to do a set of simple exercises.
You can do them three times throughout the day or every two hours when you have to stare at a screen.
The repetitions can be from five to ten depending on how tired you are and the time you have to spend exercising.
One of the best ways to relax your eyes completely is to massage them gently.
The exercise is simple and if done correctly the benefits are really great.
All you need to do is to close your eyes and then use your index and middle finger to massage your eyeball gently making slow circular movements.
You can then do the same to massaging to the eyebrows and to the temples to get better relaxation of the entire area.
The next exercise also involves your eyes staying closed.
Face forward and massage all the muscles surrounding them for about five seconds and then relax these.
It is essential that you do not open your eyes until completing all the repetitions.
This might be a bit hard to get at first, but with some practice you will master it.
You can try to touch the area while the muscles are squeezed - the more protuberances you feel the better.
For the next exercise you have to keep your eyes open and it is best for you not to face a screen.
You have to face forwards and then look on one side as far backwards as you can.
Then repeat this by looking on the other side, downwards and upwards as far as possible.
Just remember not to turn your head, it has to stay still and facing forward.
Another one of the most beneficial exercises is also easy to do.
You have to face forward and choose two points that are relatively large distance apart.
One has to be far away from you and the other really close.
The next step is to focus your eyes on the more distant one, keep them focused on the point for a few seconds and then slowly move your eyes to look that the second spot.
Repeat this the other way round.
