How to Connect the Bose Lifestyle 35 to a Toshiba TV & Comcast Cable
- 1). Plug in the TV, Lifestyle 35 and cable box to a power source. Plug the five speakers and the subwoofer into their color-coded jacks on the back of the Lifestyle 35. Position them at relative spots around the viewing room (see the User's Manual for placement instructions).
- 2). Plug the first RGB cable into the color-coded jacks on the back of the Comcast cable box. Plug the other end of the cable into the RGB jacks on the back of the Lifestyle 35 labeled "Input."
- 3). Plug the audio cables from the Comcast cable box into the Lifestyle 35 system. Plug the color-coded cables into their corresponding jacks on both the cable box and the Lifestyle 35. Be sure that "Center" goes to "Center," "Subwoofer" goes to "Subwoofer," and so on.
- 4). Take the second RGB cable and plug it into the color-coded jacks on the Lifestyle 35 labeled "OUTPUT." These are below or beside the "Input" jacks that you used in Step 2. Plug the other end of the cable into the RGB jacks on the television.
- 5). Power on your television, cable box and Lifestyle 35 system. Using the "Input" buttons on your Bose remote and Toshiba remote, cycle through the inputs until the TV displays the picture from the cable box and the Bose system plays the audio.
