How to Reset a Phone Call Indicator on a Blackberry
- 1). Click the "Messages" icon. Click the BlackBerry Menu button. Click "View Folder."
- 2). Locate and Click on "Phone Call Logs" or "Missed Calls." On some models of BlackBerry you may need to clear both.
- 3). Highlight the date header of choice. If all logs are to be deleted, select today's date from the top of the list. Click the Menu button.
- 4). Locate and click on "Delete Prior" and confirm that you want to "Delete all prior items?" The logs will then be deleted by the device. Press the red phone symbol to return to the home screen.
