Business & Finance Bankruptcy

Huntington Beach Bankruptcy Courts Getting Quite A Workout-here" s What"s Going On

Huntington Beach bankruptcy is getting pretty interesting nowadays. In fact, the number of bankruptcies this year compared to last year is dramatically more.

And we're not talking about just individuals and families. We talking about businesses that are laid low with the money troubles that we are experiencing in this country that they find themselves at the end of their rope. Most believe that the only method out is through bankruptcy. Some are just closing their doors forever and walking faraway from the debt.

Many blame this administration in Washington, and with good reason. Since Obama took the Oval Office, nothing has been accomplished to help small business owners in their quest for financial freedom and independence. The tax breaks out there have either been taken away or are being greatly reduced. And new necessities and restrictions are being placed on specific industries which make it nearly impossible to compete in the marketplace.

Is it any surprise why there is so much unrest and rebelliousness in Huntington Beach? Business owners have had it. They thought Obama was going to turn everything around, at least the liberals did. Several were looking forward to the tax breaks of the past, but after they were gotten rid of they were left holding the bag.

Another attention-grabbing development is the entrepreneurial movement looks to be decreasing in strength. Individuals are realizing that there seems to be no incentive to starting your own business these days. With the law, the administration and economics working against you, how are you going to blame them? Their motivation is gone. Their excitement to carry on the dreams and ideals cast by our forefathers has withered.

On the opposite side of the coin, many are currently going to work for someone else instead of working for themselves. They readily admit that it appears like slavery with no safety. After all, no job is ever guaranteed to anyone. And with so many out of work these days, it is not uncommon to discover at least 25 to 30 people just as qualified as you if not more that wanted to take your job from you. The demand far outweighs the supply relating to jobs.

And so more and more businesses, as well as individuals and families are facing what's now a cottage business referred to as bankruptcy. Huntington Beach right now is leading the trend in Orange County. Maybe it's because people who live and work in that town are finding themselves overextended with no way out except for what the bankruptcy code provides for.

I wish I could tell you to hang there. But till the election happens, it looks to me that things are going to go worse before they get brighter. I believe that the only way out is to affect what happens in Washington. That suggests that we need to elect the right individuals in office that can finally and dramatically do something about the situation we find ourselves in today.

Therefore say a prayer I guess as they say, there's nowhere to go but up!
