How to Adjust a Comcast Cable Box
- 1). Press the "Menu" button on your Comcast remote control.
- 2). Use the directional arrow buttons on the Comcast remote to select the "Setup" menu. Press the "OK" button to enter this menu.
- 3). Use the arrow buttons to select the "HDMI" category. Change the setting that reads "4:3" to "16:9."
- 4). Use the arrow buttons to select the "SD" category. Set it to "Off."
- 5). Press the "Exit" button on your remote control to exit the menu. Your Comcast cable box's aspect ratio will now be properly adjusted to match the ratio of your television.
