I had to get a picture of Kirstie Price and Madison O'Neill, both of Santa Rosa, when I overheard Kirstie tell her friend, "Can you believe I just spent all my allowance on accordion shirts?"

When asked whether accordions are becoming "cool" with the younger generation, Madison said, "No...they're not cool. They're w-i-i-i-ld." (She also informed me that this kind of "wild" needs to be spelled with three "i"s.)
