All the annual festivals in the kingdom will be given special attention and made grand. New products in tourism will be launched for the first time and the infrastructure in the kingdom will see a boost with additional funds provided by the Royal Government of Bhutan.
For this year as a local tour operator we plan to offer very special tour packages and introduce some unique products never tried before in Bhutan. We will at all times keep safety and comfort of our guests in mind and this will remain as a priority.
In 2015 we will focus on tourism at a community level where the rural folks will enjoy the benefit of tourism. During your visit if possible we will try to encourage at least one day home stay. The locals will manage these home stays and the proceeds of the homestay will directly benefit the community. The profit from these home stays will be used in developing the clean drinking water supply, sanitation and to encourage females to actively participate in the community as local leaders and educators.
We want to make special contribution is 2015 to our villages as most of our villages are still remote and lack most basic facilities enjoyed by the urban population. Today rural urban migration is a major problem faced by developing Bhutan and this trend will continue until we make our village more attractive by having better facility and a constant means of income. To bring a sudden change will be difficult but we can at least teach our local villagers sustainable growth through maintenance of farmhouses, production of local artifacts and selling of local farm produce.
Join us in 2015 for this special cause and together lets improve few lives if not all. We will be the trendsetters and in a few years if all villages join hands I am sure the day isn't far when our village will have as comfortable lives as their urban cousins. We don't aim at the whole country but aim at a small community. If we develop our people at the grass root level the higher levels will develop automatically.
Visit Bhutan in 2015 and make a difference. Come as tourists and leave as a development partner. Your contribution is necessary for Bhutan. Our schools and hospitals function because of your generous contribution.
