The choice of colours is very essential and it is equally important to know your features.
The way to a perfect looking skin is to apply a concealer which is one shade lighter to the skin tone.
All the blemishes and the dark cycles under the eyes should be covered with the concealer and then blended to cover the entire face.
After the concealer a foundation matching your skin tone should be used.
It should be applied in dots all over the face and then blended with a makeup sponge or fingertips.
This should be later covered with loose or presses powder so that the foundation and concealer stays in for longer.
Next one should concentrate on the eyes.
A powdered eyebrow shadow should be used to give a more natural look.
Next one should apply three shades of eye shadows.
The darkest in a thin line above the upper eyelid, a medium colour on the eyelid and finally a light colour just below the eyebrow should be applied.
Instead of the dark colour one can also use an eye liner and below the lower eye lid one can use a kaajal pencil.
The final touch should be given by applying two coats of mascara.
To apply a blush on the cheek one should smile and then apply it on the apples of the cheek or lower as one prefers.
One should be careful to choose a lip colour which matches the skin tone or one can also mix two-three colours to get a perfect blend which will suit the outfit.
The last step should be to line the lips after applying the lipstick.
One should be careful not to combine a light lip colour and a dark liner.
