Foods That Stimulate Testostrone Production

    Oysters

    • The zinc in oysters converts estrogen to testosterone. This allows for a healthier sex life and better sperm production. Oysters can be eaten in soup or over ice.

    Bananas

    • Bananas contain an enzyme called bromelain. According to "Libido Increasing Food," this enzyme is supposed to improve libido in men. Bananas also have vitamin B and potassium, which encourage testosterone production. This fruit can be eaten plain and raw or cooked into bread and cookies.

    Asparagus

    • This vegetable is high in vitamin E, which is considered necessary to increase testosterone. Asparagus can be roasted, baked or fried.

    • This fruit has amino acids that can increase testosterone production. Figs have also been known to improve sexual stamina. They can be baked into food or eaten plain.
