How to Download Arcade Games for Free
- 1). Connect to the Internet. Although a dial-up connection is all that is required, cable or DSL is preferable since it decreases the amount of time spent downloading each game.
- 2). Choose a website that offers arcade games that you wish to play. Some sites offer memberships that discount full versions if you wish to buy them later, and some offer clubs that allow you unlimited access to all their games for a low monthly fee. Trial versions are always free, with limitations.
- 3). Sign up for a free account. Most websites require this before downloading or playing their arcade games. Select a username and password. The website will require this again in the future, so be sure to pick something easy to remember or write them down in a secure place.
- 4). Decide which game you will download and be sure that your computer meets all the listed requirements. If your computer doesn't meet the system requirements, the game will not run properly and perhaps not run at all.
