Stop the Sweating!
When you're shouting or sobbing "Stop the sweating, oh please stop!", you know you've reached the end of your rope.
But hey, excessive sweating can be that bad that you're literally driven mad! Take solace in the fact that you're not alone, over 8 million people around the world also suffer from it and out of those, many have found ways to reduce their sweating to more normal levels.
So how do you stop the sweating? Here are a few methods you can try out, see what works best for you.
1.
Sage Fluid Extract Mixed with Liquid Chlorophyll This is a strange combination but it is actually quite powerful in it's ability to stop the sweating from getting out of control.
All you have to do is get a teaspoon of the liquid chlorophyll and mix that in with a drop or two (use a dropper to squeeze it out) of sage extract.
Down the concoction raw if you're hardcore.
If you want it to be more palatable, mix it in with some other fruit drink of your choice.
2.
Lemon Juice, Cotton and Baking Soda Mmm, sounds delicious doesn't it? As delicious as this sounds, you're going to just be rubbing this on.
Just get out a cotton ball, dip it in some lemon juice and then powder it with baking soda.
Take that and dab it on your underarms.
This will help you to manage your sweating as well as your sweating odor.
3.
Water Believe it or not, drinking a lot of cold water will help you stop the sweating! You would think by putting more water into your body you'll be gushing out your armpits, but that's just not the case.
The cold water will help to regulate your body's temperature which is what your body is trying to do by sweating.
So by helping your body cool off by drinking cool water, you ultimately sweat less.
