The Golden Gate Bridge and Golden Gate Park.
If there is one sight you have to see while you are in San Francisco, it's the Golden Gate Bridge.
This iconic symbol of the city is recognizable around the world and is probably the most photographed bridge ever constructed.
Golden Gate Park is an excellent way to get a view of the bridge and snap some pictures of your own as well as to get away from the city proper and get a little rest and relaxation at one of the many food courts or cafes that are in the park or to just stroll through the gardens or jogging paths that you will find.
Lombard Street.
This zigzagging street is instantly recognizable by its steep incline and its scenic view of the bay.
While there is not much to see other than the breathtaking angle, it is definitely worth stopping to see just to be able to say that you were there.
Fisherman's Wharf Pier.
Probably one of the most eclectic places in the city, Fisherman's Wharf Pier has just about everything you could possibly want for entertainment.
Besides food stalls and restaurants, movie theaters and even a carousel, there are also shops and craft booths, street entertainers and all sorts of items of interest and are definitely worth a trip.
