How do I Set Up Microsoft Outlook With Netzero E-mail Settings?
- 1). Launch Outlook 2007. Click "Tools" in the main menu bar. Scroll down and click "Account Settings."
- 2). Hit the "E-mail" tab. Click the "New" button on the right side. Click the radio button next to "Microsoft Exchange, POP3, IMAP or HTTP" and then click the "Next" button.
- 3). Type your name, NetZero email address and password in the fields provided. Put a check mark in the box next to "Manually configure server settings or additional server types" and click the "Next" button. Put the radio button next to "Internet E-mail" and click the "Next" button.
- 4). Type your name and email address in the "User Information" section. Type "pop.netzero.com" in the incoming main server field and type "smtp.netzero.com" in the outgoing mail server field under the "Server Information" section. Type your user name and password in the "Logon Information" section.
- 5). Put a check mark in the "Remember password" box. Hit the "Test Account Settings" button and wait for your computer to run a test.
- 6). Click the "More Settings" button. Click the "General" tab. Type "Netzero" beneath the "Mail Account" section. Click the "OK" button and then the "Next" button. Click the "Finish" button.
