- 1). Introduce a cardiovascular workout into your fitness routine. This will help you drop body fat all over, including the area around your knees.
- 2). Practice running. Running is a great workout for your legs and will help reduce overall body fat. Start with two to three times per week for a few miles at a time and gradually increase as your fitness level increases.
- 3). Add biking to your workout schedule. Biking a few times per week for four or five miles at a stretch will also help improve your fitness level, drop body fat and trim your knees.
- 4). Practice lunges. Start with sets of 15 to 30 lunges for each leg. Hold a 5- to 10-pound weight in each hand to increase the intensity of the exercise and blast fat even faster. Lunges are a great workout for strengthening as well as trimming your knees.
