How to Put a Call on Hold on a Mitel 5330 IP Phone
- 1). Locate the "Hold" key on the front of your phone. It has a picture of a phone with the handset removed.
- 2). Press the "Hold" key once while on a call. In addition, if you have programmed one of the 24-programmable keys to use the hold function, you can press that key instead. A flashing indicator light will blink on the line that has the held call.
- 3). Pick up the handset from the phone system and press the line that has the call on hold to resume the call.
