People of Third World Countries Live Longer Because of Their Testosterone Level

Boosting your testosterone will boost your level of health back towards that of a younger man.
I am not saying that testosterone will extend life - but I am saying that maintaining your level of testosterone at a healthy level will prevent premature death.
What most people don't realize is that people of the western, industrialized world do die much younger than the people of third world countries.
That is, the old people of India and Pakistan are much older than the old people of western countries, and it is because of their testosterone level that this is true.
People of developing countries have done more manual labor, and exercise is a big issue for testosterone production - the more physical work you do the more hormones your body will produce to cope with the work.
Further, people of developing countries eat a more organically grown food diet, and so the diets of these people are not tainted by the chemicals, pesticides and growth hormones that big corporations in the west use to produce the fat and sugar enriched "stuff" they call food.
Therefore the reason the people of third world countries live longer are because they live more active, exercise-intense and natural lives free of the man-made poisons that the fat, rich western people have little choice but to consume.
And there is another reason why third world people live longer, and it is their deep and steeped history in traditional medicines and this is particularly true with maintaining testosterone levels.
Asian cultures have for hundreds of years used a variety plants and tree roots to boost the body's natural ability to produce testosterone, and often they will gently boil the material for an hour so as to make a tea to be consumed once a day.
Generally it is the affluent people who no longer have to work hard in the fields to survive that get fatter, and with the reduced activity level their bodies have adjusted to not needing as much testosterone.
