How to Add Styles to Photoshop Elements 8
- 1). Start the Photoshop Elements application. In the dialog that appears, click on the "Edit" tab.
- 2). Go to the "Effects" panel on the right and click on the "Layer Styles" tab. Click on the drop down menu on the right.
- 3). Click on the particular category of layer styles you want. The effects in that category will now be listed as icons you can click to use.
