How to Make Mint Candy

    • 1). Line the inside of the pan with aluminum foil.

    • 2). Grease the foil with 1 1/2 tsp. of butter.

    • 3). Combine chocolate chips and remaining butter into a heavy saucepan. Heat the mixture over low heat until the chips are melted. Stir the mixture often until it is smooth.

    • 4). Remove from heat and add the extracts and condensed milk. Blend mixture well.

    • 5). Pour the mix into the greased pan. Spread out the mixture evenly.

    • 6). Refrigerate the mixture for 3 hours until fudge is set.

    • 7). Cut the fudge into 2 inch squares and serve. Store in the refrigerator.
