How to Create a Thunderbird Persona
- 1). Exit Thunderbird if it is running.
- 2). Click "Start," then type "cmd" into the search box and press "Enter." A new Command window will open.
- 3). Type the following line into the command window:
"C:\Program Files\Mozilla Thunderbird\thunderbird.exe" -P
Press "Enter." Thunderbird's Profile Manager will open. - 4). Click "Create Profile," then type the a descriptive name for the new persona. It will be listed under that name in the Profile Manager, so make it memorable. Click "Done."
- 5). Start Thunderbird on the new persona by clicking on the persona's name on the Profile Manager window, then clicking "Start."
