When I first saw this in my local bookstore, I cannot help myself to smile.
I knew that this book would definitely give me the information I need.
Sometimes, I wonder if I can find a book that will teach me how to maintain my weight despite several dates.

She made me realized that I do not have to eat at the same if my guy is eating too much food.
Oftentimes, when we go out for our frequent dates, I always end up with a guilt feeling because I broke my diet and end up consuming many unhealthy foods just to please my one and only.
