Zune Lock Button Repair

    • 1). Turn your Zune off.

    • 2). Move the button lock to the locked position, if it is not already. (If the button is stuck in the unlock position, you can still follow the same steps). When the Zune is locked, you will see red at the bottom of the lock button bay.

    • 3). Insert the blade of the pocketknife underneath the Zune lock button, and then pop the button out.

    • 4). Push the lock button back into the button bay by pushing it down with your hands, and maneuvering it with your finger until it is firmly in place.

    • 5). Slide the lock button from side to side to verify that it is secure and unstuck.
