1If the battery in your BBU is still covered under its one-year warranty, call Verizon at 1-888-553-1555 to have a free replacement battery sent to you.

Call the number listed under "Technical Support" on you bill and open a claim to receive a replacement battery at no additional charge if you are currently registered in the Verizon Protection Plan.

Buy a replacement battery at Verizon.com or purchase one over the phone at 1-877-503-3537 if you are not currently registered in the Verizon Protection Plan and your BBU's battery is no longer covered under warranty.
