  Massanutten Resort is a year-round resort in the Shenandoah Valley area of Virginia, just 10 minutes east of the city of Harrisonburg. The resort offers a variety of activities and recreational sports, including skiing, golf and fishing. A spa, arcade and water park are also available, as are a variety of dining choices. Available accommodations for the resort include hotels and condos, as well as timeshare and rental options.
  
  

Hotels

• Hotel accommodations for the Massanutten Resort are $150 a room per night plus tax, although that rate can change without notice. Each room can sleep up to four people and features coffee makers, refrigerators and cable television. The hotel offers group rates for large parties renting 15 or more rooms as well as midweek and weekend specials. Smoking is prohibited in all hotel rooms. The hotel accepts reservations Monday through Friday between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.
  
  

Condos

• The hotel offers condominiums for rental or timeshare. You can purchase timeshare properties in communities such as Woodstone Meadows, the Summit and Shenandoah Villas. You can also rent these condos; prices are dependent on location and season. Each condo can sleep up to 12 people with a variety of bed size options. Cable television, a telephone and a balcony with a sitting area are standard in every condo, and some include a full kitchen. Most units, hotels and common areas also offer free wireless internet access.
  
  

Rental Regulations and Restrictions

• Check-in time is 5 p.m., and check-out time is 10 a.m. with no exceptions. The hotel does not permit pet but will accept shipment of any necessary medical equipment, such as dialysis or oxygen, coordinated through your equipment provider. You must pay for your reservation by credit card 10 days before your check-in date. Should you need to cancel, you must do so up to 48 hours before your check-in date; a $50 processing fee may apply.
  
  

Provisions

• Some condo units feature washers and dryers; you can also find coin-operated laundry facilities at various areas around the resort. The resort equips condos with kitchen and bath towels, bed linens and complimentary-size accessories such as coffee filters, soap and paper towels. The resort can provide cribs and high chairs for a fee.
