- 1). Obtain a blank deed form from the property records office located in the county where the property is located. The property records office is typically located in the county clerk's office.
- 2). Write the name of the person giving title on the line labeled "Grantor." Write the name of the LLC on the line labeled "Grantee."
- 3). List the amount of money given by the LLC to the Grantor for the transfer on the lines labeled "For consideration of" or "For [blank] dollars."
- 4). Sign the deed in the presence of a notary public. The Grantor must sign the deed. The LLC's registered agent must sign the deed on behalf of the LLC. Notarize the deed.
- 5). Bring the completed deed back to the county property records office and file the deed.
