How to Allow Others to View an Outlook Calendar

    • 1). Click "Calendar" from the navigation pane in Outlook.

    • 2). Right-click the calendar that you need to share and select "Change Sharing Permissions."

    • 3). Click "Add" and select the users to whom you need to grant access to your calendar (holding the "Ctrl" key while selecting users will allow you to select multiple users). Click "OK" to complete adding users.

    • 4). Click "Permissions" to change the permission level of the users who have access to your calendar.
