Oliver Dunne started exploring the lip-smacking world of kitchens and restaurants as a Commis Chef at Gotham Caf© on South Anne Street, Dublin. This was followed by getting appropriate training and refining his skills at The Peacock Alley, QV2, The Clarence Hotel and Roly's Bistro. Finally, he moved to London where he worked for Gary Rhodes (City Rhodes), and Gordon Ramsay (Royal Hospital Road), as well as Chef Anthony Demetry (Putney Bridge Restaurant), and with Shane Osborne (Pied A Terre).
In the year 2003, Oliver decided to come back Dublin and opened Mint in Ranelagh as the Head Chef. Due to his extraordinary ability to produce innovative and delicious cuisines every time, the restaurant was awarded Ireland's €Best New Restaurant' in just 6 weeks of opening it. In 2006, Oliver took hold of Bon Appetit and won his own Michelin Star in 2008. Oliver is the youngest Michelin Star Chef in Ireland.
