If you write an article pertaining to the keyword phrases you are going after, post it on an article directory site with at least a page rank of 6, it will get picked up immediately to help you with your SEO (search engine optimization) efforts.
Now this is where it gets even better.
Your article will include a link back to your web site which Google will detect when it does a fresh crawl on it.
Even better, if you write a very good article that others will take notice of, there is the possibility that they will click on the link and become a visitor to your web site.
Another even better scenario is that others will see your article and will publish it on "their" web site(s).
This could turn out to be many more thousands seeing your article and your link.
