How to Send Mail From a Different Email Address in Mac Mail
- 1). Launch Mail from the Dock or Applications folder. Click the "Mail" menu at the top of the window, and then click "Preferences."
- 2). Click the "Composing" tab at the top of the window.
- 3). Click the "Send New Mail From" drop-down menu and select the account that you would like to use for outgoing messages.
