- 1). Consult with your physician before starting this exercise program. Before you begin resistance training, watch the iFit Solutions workout video to learn safe and effective positions and techniques from a certified personal trainer.
- 2). Work out with the workout CD playing in the background to train yourself to use proper positions and techniques. Alternatively, use the workout charts as a visual training reference.
- 3). Adjust the resistance cords' tension or resistance to change your workout's difficult, suiting your personal fitness expectations and abilities. Vary settings over time as your expectations and abilities evolve.
