- 1). Call the Georgia EBT customer service line at 1-888-421-3281 immediately after you realize your card is missing.
- 2). Push "1" to select "English," and then push "1" again to choose "Report Your Card Lost or Stolen" from the automated system's menu.
- 3). Enter your Social Security number when prompted. Wait to speak with a support specialist.
- 4). Explain to the specialist that you lost your Georgia EBT card. Ask the specialist to cancel the card immediately and issue you a new one.
- 5). Provide your mailing address and any additional verification the representative needs, such as your date of birth. The new EBT card will be mailed to you. Expect to receive it in seven to 10 business days.
