Keeping Your Fitness Routine

The thing with fitness plans is that it is usually hard to get started.
Our routines are usually very busy.
It becomes increasingly hard to make time for exercising.
Fitness plan not only includes exercising, you have to change your diet as well.
This is something hard to commit to.
It is also hard not to be tempted to have what you are avoiding.
Start by purchasing a journal.
Write everything you do from exercise regimen and your food intake.
This will help you understand what you should control.
Having it all in front of you would make it easier on you to make wiser decisions.
After that, you need set target.
Your targets should be concise.
They should be well detailed.
This way you will know what you have to accomplish.
Maybe you wish to lose some percentage of your body fat.
Maybe you just need to get your body properly shaped.
In order to monitor your progress, you need to measure your body.
Periodically measure your weight, hips, arms, chests and thighs.
This will allow you to estimate the changes your body is undergoing.
Capture yourself through the camera.
You can use these pictures to gauge the change.
It will be great motivator to see how much you have changed.
You are required to plan of action.
Chalk out what is going to be included in your diet, and what needs to be left out.
If you do this, you will have a road map in front you.
it will be easier for you to follow your plan right.
Do not shift to another plan for 12 weeks at least.
You should not leave your plan even if it is not working.
Just allow things some time.
Nothing is going to happen at the drop of a hat.
You will see the change coming but it will be very gradual.
