Performing Arts Colleges in Colorado
- The University of Northern Colorado's School of Theatre and Dance was named a Program of Excellence by the Colorado Commission on Higher Education. This school of theater arts and dance is for those who are interested in pursuing a career in theater or in teaching theater. It offers Bachelor of Arts in Theatre Arts, Bachelor of Arts in Theatre Arts: Secondary Teaching Emphasis, Bachelor of Arts in Musical Theatre and Master of Arts in Theatre Education. The School of Theatre and Dance in Colorado has had 19 of its alumni appear in 38 Broadway productions. It offers several programs to help students transition in the working world in New York or California.
- Naropa University has three campuses in Boulder, Colorado; two on Arapahoe Avenue and one on 30th Street.
