How to Use Headphones in a GMC Terrain
- 1). Select the channel on the "Infotainment System." The DVD system has two channels. Channel 1 is dedicated to the DVD player, while Channel 2 is dedicated to the audiovisual plug (found between the backseats) which allows you to plug in another unit such as a video game console. Use the "Channel" button located on the system to select Channel 1 if watching a DVD or Channel 2 if using the external source.
- 2). Turn on the headphones. The headphones have an "On/Off" switch on the side of the earpiece; slide it to "On." A red light should come on indicating that they have power. If not, replace the batteries.
- 3). Slide the "Channel" button to "1" or "2" so it matches the DVD system.
- 4). Adjust the volume using the "Volume Control" found on each set of headphones.
