Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour, 4 1/2 ounces
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 square melted chocolate (1 ounce)
- 1/4 cup milk
- Prep Time: 15 minutes
- Cook Time: 22 minutes
- Total Time: 37 minutes
- Yield: 16 Servings
Preparation
Sift together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
In mixing bowl with an electric mixer, beat butter, sugar and egg together until well blended.
Stir the peanut butter and melted chocolate into the first mixture.
Gradually stir in flour mixture in, alternating with the milk.
Bake in a greased and floured 8-inch square pan at 375° oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
Cut into squares.
