Post Pregnancy: Exercises For Mothers
I have got a baby, my son, who was born in April 2010.
It was hard at the start, being the first-time parents, away from relatives and not having anyone around to guide you through a bit.
So it was an emotional time for both of us, me and my partner.
A few months later, when everything has settled down a bit and we have established some kind of routine, I have realised that there is an urge for me to lose weight and increase my exercise level.
I started to surf the internet, trying to find a gym closer to my home.
There was a couple of them nearby.
First of all, the membership fees are quite high for a not working mother.
So I have excluded the option of having a personal trainer straight away.
They charge the fortune! Secondly, the classes they run didn't really suit the hours I could do.
I didn't just want to join the gym and use their equipment without knowing whether I do it right and the right type of muscles involved.
As without a knowledge you can just harm your body...
ans sometimes you can just start growing muscles and get bigger than you are now.
That happened to a friend of mine and believe me, that's not what I want.
She ain't fat, she's strong...
and way too big.
So the classes they were running didn't meet my schedule.
Worse happened later, when my partner has changed his job and the hours he was away didn't leave me any chance to consider going to gym.
So had to find some other way to get more active.

- I do walk with my son for about an hour-2 hours every day.
But that's about it. - I have found some on-line gym, with a small monthly fee.
So that gives me the opportunity to do some exercises at home, while my precious baby was sleeping.
I have also purchased the second-hand exercise-bike, which I am about to start using...
