How to Make Countdown Clocks
- 1). Create a free account at a countdown-creation website. Some sites allow you to skip this step and go directly to creating your clock.
- 2). Choose a kind of event from the drop-down menu offered at the top of the site, and select the particular style of countdown you want. Assign a name to the event, and enter it in the blank box next to the name of the free website you are using.
- 3). Enter a descriptive headline for your event in the next box. Include the event's title in its entirety again.
- 4). Type a description of the event in the next box with all relevant information, including who, what, when, where, why and how if necessary, along with any other resources and websites that are pertinent.
- 5). Choose the date and the time of the event in the designated box.
- 6). Choose a song/music to be played on the countdown clock website if you want one, and upload up to three photos related to your event.
- 7). Opt in for a reminder to be sent to you as the countdown clock approaches its end, if you want one.
- 8). Choose whether to make the countdown clock available to search engines. Click "Submit" to launch the countdown clock.
