    Aerobic Exercise

    • For steady weight loss, spend an hour a day walking. Make it a brisk walk. Start easy and build up to it by steadily increasing the distance covered every day. Take you dog with you, it's good for both of you. The firmer and bulkier your muscles, the more calories you burn and the more effective you weight loss regimen becomes.
